-> What conditions are required for establishing a successful connect?

First you and your friend must be online and EasyIPPhone has been started up. Second you or your friend have received last information sent by the other side. Third the side which has got current IP address of the other side launches call, and the other side answers call.

-> How can I get the message that my friend has been online?

You must request that your friend sends his information to you as long as he is online. Click “Update” button in the AddressBook dialog box to obtain your friend’s information, seeing about the last online time box at the same time. The shorter interval before now, the bigger possibility for being online.

-> What is IP address?

It is like the telephone number. You can communicate with other computer with it. Most of people have a dynamic IP address distributed by his ISP when he is online, Therefore, as long as you reconnect to internet, you should notify your friend again.

-> How can I know that my friend has sent information to me when I’m offline?

The information is a email in fact. Now there are some methods which can accomplish purpose, e.g. let your handset can receive short message notifying email arrival.

-> How can I let EasyIPPhone auto notify friends and update friends’ information?

In the Option dialog box, select Auto Notify and Auto Update.

-> What can I do when I have received reversed image?

In the Video dialog box, select Flip. Then hang up connection and call again.
