BPS SoftWare Inc. has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to the privacy of our users. The following is a disclosure of our information gathering and dissemination practices at BPS SoftWare. We do not disclose information about you to others or share your personal information with our partners or sponsors. We may on occasion provide certain personal information in anonymous, aggregate form to third parties such as advertisers for demographic purposes.
We use our users’ IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our web site. Currently, we use “cookies” technology to assist us in administering the site. Cookies are used to identify site visitors during purchase of our software products and as part of our affiliate program.
Our site’s registration form requires users to give us an email address. We may use a customer’s email address to send the user information about BPS SoftWare’s software products and features, and promotional material from some of our advertising partners. This address is never shared with or sold to outside entities. The registrant’s email address may also be used for identification purposes such as when a customer loses or requests a new registration number for their software.
When authorizing charges, BPS SoftWare submits credit card numbers to our credit card processing partners. All private information is sent using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), the Internet encryption standard for secure commerce transactions. Internally, BPS SoftWare adheres to the high standards of security necessary to safeguard your information and protect your payments. BPS SoftWare never shares your credit card number with anyone other than our credit card processing partners. BPS SoftWare does not share credit card information with BPS SoftWare merchants.
This site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of the information under our control. BPS SoftWare includes password-protected access to agent account information. Agent registrants may update their information after entering an account name and password.
Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings at the time they receive a mailing from BPS SoftWare. Instructions regarding how to opt-out of future mailings will be contained in any mailing from BPS SoftWare to registrants.
