SmileLang is an AOL AIM6 plugin that lets you translate your messages into image-messages. SmileLang - it’s not just new smiles, it’s new language, defined by internet users (and by you as one of internet user). To get started, just write ‘I like you’ to your friend, and see what happens. If you would like to include animal sounds with your messages you have to Install the “AnimalSound” plugin and it will do the task for you. Just you will need to include animal name in your message text and the plugin will detect it and play its sound. The sound will be played also at your buddy’s part if he has the plugin installed. Take care that the animal name will still be displayed in your message text. (Updates): This version works properly after fixing problems in previous version. Also, More animal sounds are supported. To get the list of supported animal sounds, send a message (to anyone) consisting of only the plugin name “AnimalSound”. Close AIM completely from the tray icon before installing this plugin.

If you would like to express your feelings by inserting smiley feelings (emoticons) inside your messages and if you would like to color your words to make your messages prettier you can Install the “SmileyFeelingsInserter” plugin and it will do this task for you. Just write 3 consecutive dots (…) or more at the end of your message to activate the plugin for this message. Do not forget the 3 dots. Do not use it for messages containing hyperlinks. More importantly, do not complain if an incorrect emoticon causes misunderstainding with your buddy :) (Updates): This version works properly after fixing problems in previous version. Also, the program is enhanced to produce better results. Close AIM completely from the tray icon before installing this plugin.

Note:
In some rare situations, there are problems with AIM installation. Please check the list of all plugins in your AIM, by pressing F7 then ‘plugins’ tab at left, or by pressing ‘MyPlugins’ button at the bottom of the AIM window then ’settings’ button. If you find that the list of plugins are completely empty, you should re-install the AIM. Also the plugins are not tested on the old AIM version 5.9, so if this is the case, install AIM version 6 or higher.

Lets you sign in invisibly via several options. Automatically toggle your visibility based on a custom schedule. Send a Real Quick IM by right-clicking on your buddy in the buddy list. Just added a configurable hotkey based way to get to your IM and buddy list windows.

About this application TalkAbout is an AOL AIM6 plugin that lets you show your status text to the world. Do you interested in last NASA research and your friends none? Do you like Britney Spears and your friends none? If so, then TalkAbout is right for you. Just set your status message, and new friends that interested in same topic will find you or you can go to Talk About web page, and find friends by yourself. If you would like more then first word to be term, put ‘-’ character in your status text to separate term from description. I mean term-description.

If you have problems during installation. Try following: 1) If you use IE as your browser, don’t run msi package directly from site, save it first to local disk, then run it from local disk, bu double-click on it. 2) If you have some paranoid security settings, or you run Win Vista, which probably has paranoid security settings by default. Then right click on msi package and select “run as Admin”. 3) If you have Vista.
